I know my Nike Dunks fit true to size. I have owned three pairs over three years and I can always trust that a size 9 in those puppies is going to fit as perfectly as the previous pair. I am curious though to find out if some of there more narrow toed running shoes would be as true? Another shoe I know is the same size as printed on the label are Vans. They're not pretty, but they sure are comfy.

I've never worn Vans before, but style-wise they're pretty similar to Converse and Airwalk, and I've gone through several pairs of each brand's slip-on shoes. Their sizing is usually pretty spot on (I wear 9 1/2). My absolute favorite brand (ASICS!) I generally have to move a 1/2 size up on (to 10). Not sure why...possibly could have something to do with Japanese sizing since they're a Japanese company.

I am a solid 8.5 but depending on the shoe style, it varies. I get an 8.5 for running shoes and other sneaker type shoes but when it comes to heels, it can get tricky. Because your foot is crammed in an awkward position for the sake of looking good, I go a size up because toes get angry as they slide downward due to the angle and height of the heel.

Men, you just don't understand, and most certainly could never get through one night in a pair of stilettos, but it would make an excellent reality TV show :)

I just tried on some MBTs and really liked them. They seemed to fit true-to-size.
